Oracle Project application in cloud availability?

Dear Oracle Project team Guru,

We are currently running Oracle core financial applications on EBS R12(12.1.3)

We have Oracle GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, CE, XTR, iProcure, iExpense applications. We would like to implement Oracle Project Costing application with our current Oracle financial

applications that are running in our Data Center. However, our leadership would like us to implement this new Oracle Costing application as a Cloud application and integrate it

with our existing Financial applications. We have the following questions:

   1- Does Oracle have Project Costing application in Cloud?

   2- Does Oracle support Project Costing application in cloud with Coexistence with our EBS R12.1.3 GL, AP, PO and FA applications?
