Audit Trail report for SR Status

Hi All,

We have a request to create a report to show a list of SR’s that were Closed (Status = ‘Closed’) but then the status got changed to Open (Status <> ‘Closed’).

So basically this will be a report to show the audit trail for the SR Status.

Is this possible using the built-in configuration and reports functionality or should we go for an workaround such as create a new SR field and WF’s to catch these changes and then report on it?
