Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do i use diferent Category sets? and what would be the function it achieves?

I've read about creating a new category set, but i don't get the idea of how to use this.
