XRT: Unable to choose different value for Treasury Report Currency

Hello,

I am trying to change the default value for the "Treasury Report Currency" which is currently defined as "USD", but when I go to the setup for the treasury system parameters, I cannot find any other values to change the value, because the LOV only has "USD".

Please help me how I can change this to EUR.
