How to use Product Line Accounting without using Cost Management?

Hello All,

Is it possible to use Product Line Accounting without using Cost Management?

Actually client wants to use PLA, but he has licenses for INV, PO & OM only. How can we achieve this?

Please elaborate on How to implement PLA and what are the setups required to implement?
