EAM Rebuildable item costing

hi,

i have this case to run rebuild-able item maintenance cycle.

Case:

In one asset i might have multiple rebuildable items. Problem incurs in item or should i say rebuildable item i.e. motor. This motor requires maintenance for which we need to open work order no issues still here. Another similar motor is laying idle at store. What i will do is replace problematic motor with laying idle motor for the asset to be in working condition. for this whole cycle you may refer to screenshot.

my issue is with cost once maintenance is done on this problematic motor and we end up spending 500 riyals on it and original value was 100, will we replace this cost to 600 that is my question? if so how? and who should update this cost maintenance user or one from store?
