Integration of eAM with Service Request or Vise versa.

Hi All Guru's,

I have requirement from one of the client that they want to do integration of eAM with Service Request and in User Guide it is not mentioned that how we can enable the integration with SR and what is the procedure to enable integration with eAM from service request, and how the work order will be created/associated against the Service Request.
