Applications are not displaying under control tab of deployments but displaying under monitor tab

Weblogic version 10.3.4

Web applications deployed are not showing under control tab but they are showing under monitoring tab.

is it a configuration change issue ? or any bugs are there in this version.

I got this patch for the similar console problem but i want to make sure this patch is related to this problem or not.
