We have a custom application that is written using jdeveloper, It works properly when installed in EBS 12.1.3, but we are now trying to migrate to EBS 12.2.3. Being the DBA (not the developer) I have been trying to get this to work from the system level. We have an install script that I have run in the Run Environment.

I have created the custom application, the custom database user, added the application to the standard data group, copied the code to the Custom Top, and the environment variable is being translated properly, shown when running the concurrent request Print Environment Variables.
