Frequent error in Cash Management Application for a specific user

Hi,

One of the users in our business encounters error while reconciling a bank statement line against a Payment batch:

AVAILABLE.multi_select procedure raised unhandled exception (WHEN-CHECKBOX-CHANGED).

When we try to replicate the same on test environment, we don't encounter the error. We are either able to proceed smoothly for most cases. Also when the particular user tries to do the same after sometime, the error is no longer encountered. Any clue why a specific user faces this issue and that too randomly?

Also while proceeding on test, when we tried reconciling against one of the batch, we got this error
