Weblogic deployment error in OIPA

Hi All, 

I have installed Oracle Insurance Policy Administration 10.1.1 on Oracle Linux6 VM.

I am unable  to start the PASJava service. I am getting following error while stating PASJava service.

=====================================================================================================================================

: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information in '/OIPA_WLS_HOME/admin/oipa_domain/server/oipa_server/stage/PASJAVA-seblogic.war' for application '_ALSB_1330409354431'. The specific error is: [Deployer:149158]No application files exist at 'OIPA_WLS_HOME/admin/oipa_domain/server/oipa_server/stage/PASJAVA-seblogic.war'

I have observed that when I do start the PASJava service from weblogic console, the war file " PASJAVA-seblogic.war" vanishes automatically from above path and it throws above error.
