CV Rule Working

Dear Team

Need few clarifications on CV rule setup.

We have requirement of 4 Natural accounts to be used with specific cost centers.

We have created 4 CV rules for these natural account specifically. It means in Include statement we added the exact natual account & not 0000 to ZZZZ

With this we see that system is not allowing use of Natural account 5, it gives CV rule error. Is it standard functionality ? if so then do we need to add oNatural account 5 and or all other natural account in CV Rule ?
