We are on Oracle R12 and the cash management reconcilliation clerk is trying to reconcile a bank statement line where she needs to create a line in the Bank statement reconcilliation form to reconcile a bank charge but when she selects the 'Bank Charge' in the 'Activity' field there is nothing to select something in 'Method' field.

Where do I set this?
