I have read the note Cannot View Deliverables (Doc ID 1477759.1) that sates that only a Requester, Internal Contact or External contact can
View or Manage a deliverable.
As a Contract Repository Workbench user, I have been able to view deliverables where I am neither the Requester, Internal Contract or External
contact. However, I have not been able to Manage one of these deliverables.
I have seen a demonstration with oracle, where the Administrator was able to view or manage any deliverable.
Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone else using this function?
It does not make sense that only one person would be able to do this, especially for backup situations.
