Using "One step publishing method" to create a PDF output. Encountering "Unable to find an Output Po

Dear All,

We are generating a PDF output using "One step publishing method" as described in Doc: 364547.1. Concurrent program's output is set to "XML" format and from within the executable's execution file, we are selecting the PDF layout.

However, we are randomly encountering the error given below. This issue is NOT reproducible at will.

+------------- 1) PUBLISH -------------+

Unable to find an Output Post Processor service to post-process request nnnnnnnnn.

As described in this metalink doc, OPP.log cannot be determined as OPP processor did not get invoked at all in this case.

Any ideas to resolve this.
