19329720 : 12.1.3 : Patching errors on Multinode instances

Hi :

This thread should address the errors on this patch  19329720

working fine ONLY for single node systems. When they tried to apply the patch for multi node systems, they were getting errors. Their UAT environment is a multi node system.The errors are in the log files, attached to the SR. They could not apply the patch.

"Please look into patch logfile and provide appropriate solution. Errors are clearly mentioned in patch logfile. "

The patch log shows the failure on

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

   FAILED: file wfmsg.ldt    on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
