Lot does not taking the previously remained quantity

We are facing an issue during transactions of the Lot controlled items, When we have the remaining quantity from the previously lot so why the system picking new lot?

When we transact the Lot items some times few items remained, and again we want to transact the same item the system not taking the remaining quantity and

the new lot again picked.
