Siebel Active X control related to(Doc ID 1066135.1)

Hello,

I would like to know the following clarification regarding the Active X controls that Siebel 8.1.x uses.

According to the DOC ID  1066135.1, Siebel has a list with several client Side Active X controls; i tried to manually predeploy them to my laptop using a batch script however i noticed that for some of those like:
a)LsApiAdapter.cab

b)toolbar.cab

c)menu.cab

d)locale.cab

e)funnelchart.cab

.... and some others

There are not any DLLs inside the SWSE_installation path/public/enu.../applets, i checked and there are only some CSS Class files and the .inf file inside a CAB folder.
