How to find Approved Requisitions?

Dear All,

Here is the scenario for which we need to see that how we can find approved Requisitions:

Requester creates requisition and it sends for approval to its Head Of Department and after that it gets approved by Director. As director gives approval, requisition gets Approved and ready for process of further RFQ or PO process. Here Procurement department wants to be notified when ever a requisition gets approved. Now is it possible to notify Procurement Department Persons that these are the approved requisition which needs there attention??
