Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Depot Repair - EBS (MOSC)

Need approval process workflow for depot repair..

HI

We had a business requirement that while taking customer return through repair order, there must be an approval process flow.

i.e Once RMA Line received. System should ask for approval whether to give replacement or not ?

Is there any provision available in depot repair ???
