Customer user as apps

Hi All,

Greetings. Hope everyone is doing great.

Basically have created a custom user giving most of any privileges to that custom user to do most of the functions as what apps do, as we revoked apps privileges from dev users due to audit issues.

Now the user is trying to run ar60run like ar60run cmdfile=noext115.cmd but getting error as Rep-0736: There Exist uncompiled program unit(s) and Rep-1247:Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.

But when using apps user the ar60run completes without error.

Any idea on what privileges am missing for the custom user.
