Special Instructions (Internal Notes) field on "More" tab

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Is the "Internal Notes" field (the detail entered in the "Special Instructions" field on the "More" tab of a transaction) available to be added to the journal entry description?  I can't find it in the Source Names available for use, but I don't know if it's just listed under a different name.
