FDM mapping file for Account dimension generates an error

I have created a new mapping location and trying to import the mapping file but recieving the error below:

An error occured importing the file

Detail: Data Access Error.

I think it may be relatd to the DataKey field. Not sure what the field represents. Appreciate any guidance.
