FDM 11.1.2.3.500 intersection validation error

Hello All,

we have migrated from EPM 11.1.1.3 to EPM 11.1.2.3.500.

in EPM 11.1.2.3.500  FDM,  when we import any file or data from source system and then tried to validate it we are getting Intersection validation error

same file or data can be validated successfully in our old system epm 11.1.1..3

any ideas, where do i start to troubleshoot this issue ?
