How can I prevent iStore B2C Quotes from appearing in HTML Quoting that is enabled for only B2B

We have Oracle Sales enabled for B2B (Organizations) only. I can only select Organization Party types in the customer select screens in HTML Quoting. We also have iStore working on this instance. My issue is that we are seeing iStore B2C Quotes appearing in the Open Quotes. Is there a way to restrict iStore B2C Quotes that have come through Sales Assistance from appearing in the list ?  I thought this would happen anyway because we have restricted the Party Type  to Organization only for Sales, but that does not seem to be the case. We do not have Quoting
