View Burden not calculating after updating schedule

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

I end-dated the current version of a burden schedule, and then created a new one with new multipliers. I clicked "Compile" and the process completed successfully. When I go into the View form and try to test the changes I get the error "APP-PA-19409: The burden schedule revision is not compiled." What have I done wrong?
