How to link OAT Asset with EAM Asset

Hi,

I want to view Work Request and Work Order history in OAT against item instance (that is created in OAT), I can successfully view transaction details and asset details but I am unable to get the work orders and work requests details (I tried by linking newly created eAM asset with fixed asset and this same fixed asset is already linked with OAT item instance).

I can see the links to view Work Orders and Work Requests (at OAT page -> Other Item Instance Detail section) but this is not working. (screen shot is attached)

I am using normal items (depreciable at issuance time).
