Unable to Cancel Line from Internal Requisition - Resolved using ontd0008.sql

Hi,

While I'm trying to cancel internal requisition line which is showing in Awaiting Shipping Status, I get below process message. So far the issue is found only in one internal requisition and only single line. All other lines and other internal requisition lines are able to cancel without any issue.

I can see this particular item line is split as two, 54.1 and 54.2.

1st line quantity is 2 and shipped quantity is also 2, Status is showing Closed.

2nd Line Quantity is 1 but Status is showing Awaiting Shipping.

But the internal requisition, branch requested only 2 quantity only. I am not able to understand why this line is split and showing as 3 quantity ( 2 shipped and 1 Awaiting Shipping). When I try to cancel the Awaiting Shipping line, it showing below Error.
