I have a WO for an actual costed item (09) where the manufacturing accounting has run over the WO ok

I have a WO for an actual costed item (09) where manufacturing accounting has run over the WO ok. When I run variances there is an error message stating that there is unaccounted units/amounts for this WO. There are unaccounted units and amounts in the F3102. How do I clear this? I have run manufacturing accounting over the WO again but this has not resolved the issue.
