I need some help is applying the correct rate for shipments by carrier. They charge outbound mile a

I need some help is applying the correct rate for shipments by carrier.  They charge outbound mile at rate/mi + 75% of miles back to carrier's city at same rate/mi.

For example, for a shipment

  • Outbound Miles - 1779.4 * 1.70 = $3024.98
    Fuel Surcharge - .70/mile = $1245.58
    Stop off = $275.00

    *Needs to be added to Rate*
    Final stop to Carrier's city = 559 miles * 75% * 1.70 = 712.72
                      Fuel Surcharge  = 559 miles * 75% * .70 = $293.48

Please advise on how to setup this in OTM.
