Siebel CRM has a new blog!

As you may be aware, Siebel CRM has been publishing quarterly KM newsletters for quite some time.  Although the newsletters have been well received by customers, the ‘News and Announcements’ section was many times ‘old news’ by the publication date.

We have moved our newsletter to a blog format, which can be found in the new ‘Support Blogs’ section of MOSC.  Connecting through the support blog on MOSC gives us a more flexible, direct method of communicating in a timely fashion, and keeping you up to date on the very latest news and offerings.

The ‘Support Blogs’ section of MOSC  is externally viewable and can be found by ANY search engine, and no MyOracleSupport (MOS) login is required to view the entry.
