How can you default the Communications Detail checkbox to checked?

On Oracle EBS>In the supplier record>Address Book>Address Details, we would like the Communication Details checkbox to "update to all sites using this address" to default to checked rather than unchecked so that any changes made to the site automatically update in "Manage Sites".  How can this default be changed?
