Error on Benefit Plan change

HCM community,

I'm hoping to get a quick answer to an error I'm receiving when trying to change a Benefit Plan. I need to change the DBA assigned to a plan. I have un-enrolled all employees and the Plan Master shows no employees enrolled. I'm still getting an error 'Employees enrolled in plan' when trying to change the DBA. The enrollment records (F08330) all have end dates. Do the records have to be physically removed from the file?
