Where to find the correct workflow builder client for windows 7 32 bit?

Hello,

It seems pretty hard to find the information on Oracle Workflow Builder Client (OWF).  My operating system is Windows 7 Enterprise, 64 bit and my Oracle EBS is 11.5.10.  I have tried following versions and nothing worked:

-  2.6.3.0.  When I install it, error: OUI can't determine the platform of this system.....

-  2.6.3.5.  When I install it, error: Checking operating system version: must be 4.0, 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2.  Actual 6.1.  Failed <<<

It sounds like I need an even higher version since 2.6.3.5 only can be used up to XP, not even to Vista.  Also I think 2.6.3.5 is the latest one.  Maybe OWF has been changed to something else?

Please help.
