Error running opatch lsinventory in AIX 64 bit

Hello,

I have installed Siebel 8.1.1.11 on top of our existing 8.1.1.7, Installation went success, but while running opatch lsinventory i am getting error, i even have created the SR 3-9917367234 for this

we have both 32 bit and 64 bit JAVA 7 installed, and tried with both 32 & 64 bit JAVA_HOME didn't help, can you please provide some suggestion or guidance on this.
