Release 27 - New Session Variables Added

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC)

Just in case someone may have missed this in Release 27 Release Notes we have added a number of User Session Variables to the CRM On Demand reporting tool. This should help with a number of enhancement requests we've had to have better ways to filter on user information.

For a complete list of all the user session variables you can refer to the Online Help file once your pod has been updated to R27. But a list of all the USER_ variables starting R27 are:

USER_ALIAS

USER_BUSINESS_UNIT

USER_BUSINESS_UNIT_LEVEL_1

USER_BUSINESS_UNIT_LEVEL_2

USER_BUSINESS_UNIT_LEVEL_3
