PDB's and database links

I am trying to determine if a database link between 2 pdb's in the same container will be any faster than a database link between 2 non-pdb's on the same server.  Any one know of any documentation or test cases?  I am thinking it would be the same, since you have to create a tnsnames entry. Anyone have any experience with this that can share?
