Strange issue in AR-11i

Hi,

We have 600+ Internal Sales orders that are not generating through standard AutoInvoice Program.

Symptoms

1. Order header is closed.

2. Order Line are closed.

3. Deliveries are closed.

4. No records in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL

5. No records in RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL

6. Auto Invoice exception report is not showing any exceptions

7. Auto Invoice Correction window has nothing to

#4 is really puzzling. I expect at least there would be stuck records in interface table.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Please advise.
