Need scripts or API to apply the receipts to the trx number "Receipt Write-off"

Hi,

is there any API or scripts to apply the receipts to the trx number "Receipt Write-off"?  i know the API "ar_receipt_api_pub.APPLY" can apply the receipts to the AR invoice.

if anybody have it, please help me.
