Does Weblogic server 12c (12.1.1) work with OBIEE 11.1.1.7?

I installed Weblogic server 12.1.1 and try to upgrade my OBIEE 11.1.1.7 (used to work with Weblogic 10.3.5) domain with WLS 12c. After the domain upgrade, I found the AdminServer is running fine, but the bi_server1's status become "Admin". Anyone have tried such upgrade?
