BRM-ECE sync not working. What can be the issue ?

Hi,

I configured ECE with BRM queue details. Still when I am creating account in BRM its not reflecting in ECE caches.

I checked the customerUpdater log also but nothing is updating in that log.

now in BRM side cm, dm and eai_js  all the processes are up,

Please help me to identify what could be the issue.
