ORA-01565: Unable to open Spfile

Hello,

We use Exadata X4-2 (RAC 12.1.0.2 + DB 12.1.0.2)

And in alert log  we often see messages for many DBs:

ORA-01565: Unable to open Spfile +DATAC1/hammer/spfilehammer.ora.

No manual intervention, i guarantee !

Spfile spontaneously disappears and never appears back, i think it is bug in clusterware.
