Hi All,

I'm trying to create a Repair Order in Depot Repair & when trying to enter the Serial Nubmer in Depot Repair -- Repair Order form -- Details tab, getting the following error message.

"FRM-40212: Invalid value for the field SERIAL_NUMBER"

The Serial Number is available on-hand .Can you pelase suggest as to what details need to be checked & where the issue could be.

Appreciate  yourquick response as this is keeping the units hostage.
