"Latch Hit %" is over 100 on statspack report

Hi all,

I have a question about "Latch Hit %" on "Instance Efficiency" section in the statspack report.

My report says that Latch Hit % is 100.92.  This should be under 100.  Is it possible that Latch Hit % is over 100?  Why is Latch Hit % over 100?
