2 additional month salaries

There is the need of having 2 additional month salaries, so to have 14 instead of 12. These two additional salaries are paid at easter and at christmas period and taxes have to been calculated on them. Also, these salaries have to been calculated into a separated pay cycle and not with the normal paycycle. Have you got any idea of how we could set it up?
