Ship to Organization ID is wrongly populated during migration

Hello Experts

We migrated thousands of purchase orders last week and due to some reasons ship to organization id was populated with a different org which we went live 3 years before, is there any quickest way to update these? If yes can you please let me know the table and column names I need to consider for updating.

We cannot cancel these orders due to many other internal reasons.

Please advise
