Tax error in purchasing

Hello Friends

When we are submitting the migrated purchase order for approval getting the following error

Error

Tax Calculation : The system could not determine a valid Recovery Rate for the Tax Regime GB VAT, Content Owner 808720, Tax GB VAT, Recovery Type STANDARD and Recovery Rate Code GB VAT STANDARD REC RATE. Please contact your Tax Administrator to ensure that a valid Recovery Rate is defined for this Regime, Content Owner, Tax, Recovery Type and Recovery Rate Code.

We arein R12.1.2

On the manual order it is working fine, its happening only on migrated purchae orders
