Siebel Tools "Open Repository" prompt when running IRM (IP2014)

When we run the "Upgrade Database" wizard, upgrading 8.1.1.11 to 8.1.1.14, at the step where IRM is applied we are prompted by Siebel Tools to "Open Repository":

This is obviously because, due to changes made by the upgrade, there's no longer a "Siebel Repository" to open and Tools is being used to apply IRM.

However, I cannot recall which repository to select in the dialog. I'm sure this was documented somewhere, but I cannot find out where.

Any thoughts?
