Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello ,

I need answer for following technical questions:

after upgrading the oracle apps from 11i to R12 , most of the jobs are running for longer time , which were executed within quick interval of time in 11i . how will we troubleshoot it ??
one of concurrent request taking longer time to complete in R12 (, how do you troubleshoot it. ? what are possibility we will check
why we are rebuilding indexes ?
how to find out old stats (from history) and latest stats for SQL ID , do anyone have SQL query .

Kindly provide me the answer for above query... thanks in advance...
