Oracle Errors Message

Hi Team,

Not sure what is the cause of the attached error message, usually we come across it with when we search the things in wrong way so this error pop out as an advice.

However here users are facing this error pop up message about 30 times a day each time whenever they open another RMA. And they are still facing it.

Instance :          12.1.3

Environment:      PRODUCTION

I am not able to replicate this error because I only get this when I hit the search (search ICON) button on the DR service request page which is ideal.

Please advice what should we advice here to them.
